great access to jackson square and the aquarium

I had a wonderful stay with comfy beds and enjoyed the quick walk to Jackson Square and the excitement of the Audubon Aquarium, making every stroll a delightful discovery.

Exceeding expectations, the hotel's proximity to Essence Fest and the kind assistance from the staff made our stay delightful.

Rude front desk staff ruined our check-in.

I had a great stay, especially enjoying the modern Two Queen Studio with spacious amenities and the delicious complimentary breakfast. Overall, it was very comfortable, but I wish the rooftop bar was open during my visit.

I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. There were bugs crawling all over, which caused a much-needed room switch. Additionally, basic necessities like toilet paper and clean towels were hard to come by during my stay, which was incredibly frustrating.

towneplace suites offers a fantastic king studio with a spacious kitchen area and a great big bathroom. the bed was super comfortable, and the modern decor made it feel inviting. the fitness center was open 24 hours, which helped me keep up with my wellness routine. plus, the bar area in reception was a nice touch!
